About the Speaker

Naomi Bowman, DPT, MBA, works as an operations director for a high-reliability healthcare organization (HRO) in the Washington DC Metropolitan region. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy at Virginia Commonwealth University, an MBA in management at Strayer University, and her BS at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Bowman is currently a cohort in the Executive Masters Degree Program for Clinical Quality, Safety, and Leadership at Georgetown University. With over 25 years in clinical practice, Dr. Bowman has found management and administration to be her most impactful. She is committed to building positive relationships through collaboration, enthusiasm, and support. She creates a work environment that promotes engagement at all levels of the team. Dr. Bowman has led her team to national recognition for patient experiences, according to Strategic Healthcare Programs. She also works as an independent psychological safety coach and consultant.
